Maximo’s Inspection is owned and operated by Rick Evans. Rick has been working in construction since 2000 and uses his 20 years of experience to help homebuyers make well-informed investments. After being exposed to the home inspection industry by a friend in real estate, Rick saw a demand in the industry that he knew he was more than qualified to fulfill. His knowledge, background and attention to detail has made him into an excellent inspector.  When I’m not conducting home inspections, I still enjoy design and drafting activities, spending time with my god children, and coaching golf at Mission Vista High School.
