Home inspections are beneficial for home sellers as well as buyers. During a Pre-Listing Inspection, home inspections are made to find defects and damages to the home that sellers should address before the listing.  We advise sellers on what repairs should be made.

House Construction
New Construction Inspection

When new homes are built, there is always a possibility of oversights during the building process.  During the final walkthrough of a newly built home, we offer fresh perspectives on homes as well as finding defects that should be addressed
